THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY, SHIPPING POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY ON OUR WEBSITE (COLLECTIVELY “KG POLICIES”) SHALL BE READ CONCURRENTLY. BY USING OUR WEBSITE AND/OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU’VE FULLY READ AND AGREE TO THE KG POLICIES.
Konkan Greens believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has set up the following cancellations and refunds policy:
Cancellations by You:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed for any items purchased with same-day delivery.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that ‘The Konkan Greens’ marketing team has obtained on special occasions (national or state-wide holidays as prescribed in India, or by Konkan Greens with prior notice to customers) etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team support@konkangreens.com This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Cancellation by Konkan Greens
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the us after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account. Amount will be credited into your account within 5-10 days.
Refund Policy
Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our Customer Service team support@konkangreens.com immediately in 24 hours, attaching any relevant documentation.
